Loan Terms & Responsibilities

If connected with a lender, you will receive an offer including:

• Loan amount, fees, and APR
• Repayment terms and schedule
• Consequences of late/non-payment

You are under no obligation to accept any loan offer. Obligation begins only after electronically signing the agreement.

Important Repayment Information

• Payments are automatically deducted from your bank account
• Late payments may result in additional fees or collection activities
• Non-payment may be reported to credit agencies
• Each lender has their own renewal policies
  If repayment will be difficult, do not accept the loan. All repayment questions should be directed to your lender.
